What services would you incorporate if you could create your own ESL school? Just conversation? Grammar and Writing? Reading?
How long would the classes be? 1 hour? 2 hours? Would classes use the semester format? Would your school offer all levels? TOEFL?
What are the class sizes? Would you offer online classes? Be a virtual school only?
Any other ideas?

By ESL school, do you mean only ESL kids would attend? I would worry about a lack of English-speaking models. I think my Arizona students in my Sheltered-English class (they were with me all day, including native English-speaking kids) progressed much more quickly than the kids I taught in levelled pull-out here in PA. Someone besides the teacher needs to know what’s going on; kids learn from each other.
