Eating Healthy

Eating healthy is not easy; often it is a habit that must be learned. It was that way for me. Vegetables? Fruits? They were never a priority for me. Heck, I thought carrot cake was a vegetable. Lemon pie was on the top of my fruit list.

However, as I got older, I realized that health is your most important asset. Without good heath, you can’t accomplish your goals. You can have all the money in the world but if you don’t have good health, you won’t be able to enjoy your riches.

Eating healthy is one way to help you achieve good health. People have the right to choose what they want to eat. Fast food tastes good, I’m the first to admit it, but vegetables and fruits provide a better foundation. It is recommended that people eat between 7 and 13 servings of vegetable and fruits daily.

Life is full of choices. You can make good choices or bad choices, healthy choices or unhealthy choices, and correct choices or incorrect choices. Its your choice.

Eat healthy. Replace fast food with slow food; cook and take the time to enjoy your meals. Add fruits and vegetables to your meals.

Sincerely,

Alan, who happens to take JuicePlus.
